Regret of Entering into Telecom Contract Concluded via Door-to-Door Sale (Right of Withdrawal)
Did you buy something outside a shop, such as at a door-to-door sale? Then you have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 calendar days, without providing a reason and free of charge. That right is known as the right of withdrawal.
You may withdraw by phone, email, letter, or by using a model form provided by the seller. It is recommended to cancel the agreement in writing so that you have proof of exercising your right of withdrawal.
