If the telecom network experiences a failure or becomes unavailable, the operator must take all necessary steps to restore services promptly or provide alternative solutions at no extra cost. If the failure forces you to use another operator’s mobile network, you may request reimbursement of those extra costs from your provider.

Did you use the Easy Switch procedure to change operators and experience an interruption lasting more than one day during the transition? Then you are automatically entitled to compensation of 10 euros per additional calendar day. Your new provider must pay the compensation.
