Car Was Not Delivered
If you order a car from a dealership and pay a deposit, the seller must provide you with a purchase order that includes the delivery date.
Was the car not delivered within 30 days or by the date specified on the order form? In that case, you must provide the seller with a new reasonable deadline to deliver your car.
If the seller does not deliver the car within the new deadline, you are entitled to terminate the contract and request a refund.
You may cancel immediately and without charge if you indicated at the time of the order that meeting the delivery deadline was essential to you.
In the case of contract termination, no fees or costs may be charged by the company.
Did you pay an advance or the full price? Then the company must refund you that amount in full within 30 days.
