If the seller does not inform you of your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to an additional 12 months, on top of the initial 14 calendar days, to return the goods. If the seller informs you within that 12-month period, the 14-calendar-day withdrawal period begins from the moment you are informed.

Did the seller fail to inform you of the right of withdrawal before the contract was concluded? If that is the case, you cannot be held liable for any depreciation in the product's value.
