Price Increase by a Contractor during the Works
The price agreed upon in the contract must be adhered to. Only in exceptional cases can the agreed price be adjusted. This is the case if the company has a price revision clause in its general terms and conditions and invokes it.
In the absence of a price revision clause, a change in circumstances may also lead to a renegotiation of the contract, provided several conditions are met, including that the change in circumstances was unforeseeable at the time the contract was concluded.
