Energy Supplier Changes the Advance Amount on Your Energy Bill
You and your energy supplier agree on the method for calculating your advance payment amount.
Your energy supplier may propose a change to the advance amount, but must justify this decision. Simply referring to your estimated consumption is not sufficient. You always have the right to refuse a change to the advance payment amount. Your supplier can only charge for the adjustment if you don't dispute it within 15 days or if you reach an agreement.
You can also request a revision of your advance invoice. The energy supplier can refuse your application (in part), but must justify this using the agreed calculation method. Again, simply referring to your estimated consumption is not sufficient.
