You are never entitled to a cooling-off period when booking transport, even if you have booked online.
Therefore, if you cancel the booking, the transportation company may charge you a cancellation fee, which should never exceed the total price of the trip.
The transportation company is not obligated to offer you the option of transferring your ticket to someone else.
