Incorrect Telecom Bill

Is your telecom bill incorrect? If this is the case, inform the telecom operator clearly and provide a detailed justification. It is recommended to do so in writing, either by registered letter or email with acknowledgement of receipt.

You have the right to withhold payment of any amounts you dispute for the time being. The amount you do not dispute should be paid immediately.

If you choose to pay the bill before contesting it, indicate on the payment: "payment under reservation of rights." By doing so, you indicate that you are making the payment, but you reserve your rights regarding the disputed amounts.
