Right of Withdrawal: Charging for Return Shipping Costs
Did you make an out-of-shop or remote purchase? Did you change your mind? Then you are entitled to a full refund of all payments you made to the seller. The only fees you may have to pay are:
- The delivery cost, if you chose a delivery method other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by the seller.
- The cost of returning the goods (unless the seller has not informed you that you must bear that cost).
For service contracts, the seller may charge fees for services provided before you exercised your right of withdrawal.
