Then, you are only obligated to pay if it was clearly stated in the offer that you would receive these shipments and be required to pay for them. It is not sufficient if this information only appears in the general terms and conditions. The information should also be clearly included with the offer. In that case, the follow-up shipments are not included in the original agreement, and you are not obliged to pay for them.
